มูลนิธิรักษ์ปะการังฯ และเอจีซี วีนิไทยหารือร่วมกับโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ ในการปกป้องและฟื้นฟูปะการังบริเวณเกาะเกล็ดแก้ว

Rating School in Coral Project at Kledkaew Island

คณะผู้บริหารมูลนิธิรักษ์ปะการัง โดยความอุปถัมภ์ของ บมจ.เอจีซี วีนิไทย นำโดยอาจารย์ประสาน แสงไพบูลย์ ประธานมูลนิธิฯ และตัวแทนบริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยนางสาววิรยา ขุนพรหม รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายสื่อสารองค์กร ได้รับเกียรติจากนาวาเอก ดร. จิระวัฒน์ อภิภัทรชัยวงศ์ ผู้บังคับการโรงเรียน
ชุมพลทหารเรือ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ เชิญร่วมหารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการบริหารจัดการการปกป้องและฟื้นฟูปะการังบริเวณเกาะเกล็ดแก้ว อ.สัตหีบ จ.ชลบุรี เพื่อทำให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ในอนาคต ทั้งนี้ในเบื้องต้นที่ประชุมเห็นตรงกันว่าควรมีการดำเนินการสำรวจพื้นที่ใต้ทะเลเกาะเกล็ดแก้วร่วมกับกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวางแผนแนวทางความร่วมมือภายใต้โครงการเอจีซี วีนิไทย ร่วมใจปลูกปะการัง ต่อไป

Coral Foundation led by Mr. Prasan Sangpaiboon, Chairman and Ms. Viraya Khunprom, Corporate Communications Deputy Division Manager of AGC Vinythai Plc. were invited by Chumpol Naval Rating School Commanding Officer, Capt.Dr. Jirawat Apipattarachaiwong to discuss the collaboration in coral protection and rehabilitation at Kledkaew island where will be developed for eco-tourism. In primary stage, all parties agreed to survey the coral reefs with Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, then a working team will propose the collaborative plan on coral protection under AGC Vinythai Coral Project.

Kledkaew island is located in Sattahip district, Chonburi province. This island is under supervision of Chumpol Naval Rating School.
