Recently, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited reaffirmed the commitment to corporate social responsibility by participating in the “MTP PORT FUN RUN 2026,” organized by the Map Ta Phut Industrial Port Office, at Map Ta Phut Industrial Port Phase 3 in Rayong Province.
The event was organized to mark the 33rd anniversary of the Map Ta Phut Industrial Port and to celebrate the successful opening of the Map Ta Phut Industrial Port Development Project Phase 3. The activity also aimed to strengthen relationships and foster a strong collaborative network among the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), government agencies, entrepreneurs in the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, and surrounding communities.
On this occasion, Mr. Dol Rattanarak , Assistant Vice President – MTP2, led a team of employee representatives and members of AVT Running Club in actively participating in the 6-kilometer race. The activity demonstrated a strong sense of unity through the “One Team” spirit of AVT staff, showcasing solidarity and reaffirming the close, enduring relationships between government agencies, industrial sector, and local communities in fostering sustainable coexistence.
On January 10, 2026, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited continued the commitment to corporate social responsibility by partnering with Map Ta Phut Municipality and industrial operators to organize the National Children’s Day 2026 celebration. The event aimed to promote learning and bring happiness to children in the Map Ta Phut area, Rayong Province.
Mr. Thawin Pothibuathong, Mayor of Map Ta Phut Municipality, presided over the official opening ceremony together with municipal executives, members of the municipal council, and heads of government agencies. The event was held on Mabya Road, in front of Chao Mae Chan The Shrine, Map Ta Phut, Mueang District, Rayong Province.
On this occasion, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, represented by Corporate Communications team together with more than 10 volunteer employees from MTP1 and MTP2 Plants, distributed gifts and educational supplies to children and also organized recreational activities incorporating knowledge on marine natural resource conservation under the project “AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation”. These fun and educational games helped instill environmental awareness, creating a positive impression on more than 3,000 children and parents who attended the event.
In addition to co-organizing the main activities at Mabya Road area, AGC Vinythai extended this joy to surrounding communities and schools near the plants by distributing gifts and providing prizes to 70 communities and 15 schools in the Map Ta Phut Complex area, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province, and Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province, spreading happiness to youth in these areas.
Participation in this event not only brought happiness to children but also reflected AGC Vinythai’s commitment to being an integral part of the community and to prioritizing the quality of life of Thai children, who represent a vital driving force in the nation’s future development.
On Sunday, 16 November 2025, Noen Phra Municipality, in collaboration with AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, organized the “15th Noen Phra Municipality – AGC Vinythai Mini Marathon”, competing for the royal trophy graciously bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali Krom Muen Suddhanarinatha . The main objectives were to promote physical exercise, strengthen cooperation between the company, the community, and local authorities, and to publicize tourist attractions in Rayong Province to a wider audience. The event was held at the Phra Chedi Klang Nam Mangrove Forest in Rayong Province.
The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Anusorn Saengkla, District Chief Officer of Mueang Rayong, who presided over the opening ceremony and officially flagged off the runners included the executive team of Noen Phra Municipality, led by Mr. Supachai Chitdol, Mayor of Noen Phra Municipality, and the management team of AGC Vinythai, led by Mr. Tomotaka Yoshikawa, Managing Director, Mr. Toshio Semoto, Plant and Technical Director and Mr. Worathep Lertwinyu, Executive Vice President – Corporate Planning. They warmly welcomed more than 3,100 participants. Moreover, the event was further honored by the presence of Mr. Tatsuo Momii, President of AGC Chemicals, who participated in mini-marathon competition alongside AGC Vinythai managements and employees.
At the event, AGC Vinythai contributed funds to the Noen Phra Elderly School to enhance the quality of life and support learning activities for the elderly in the local community.
The event was filled with excitement and joy, with over 400 AGC Vinythai employees from all operational sites enthusiastically participating. The success was bolstered by excellent cooperation from various company clubs, including Cheer Club, Photo Club, and Bicycle Club. Additionally, the event featured exhibitions and coastal resource protection activities under the AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation Project, which has been carried out across the country for 22 years to showcase the company’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
The “15th Noen Phra Municipality – AGC Vinythai Mini Marathon” is more than just an activity to encourage children, youth, and the general public to exercise for their health. It serves as a vital driving force in strengthening the relationship between the organization and the community, while also stimulating local economic growth and promoting regional tourism for sustainable progress.
September 20, 2025 – AGC Vinythai, led by Miss Dusita Kolaka, Deputy Division Manager -Government & Public Affairs, together with Petrochemical Industry Club, The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and partners reaffirmed their commitment to sustainable environmental and social stewardship by participating in the International Coastal Cleanup Day 2025 event at Phayun Beach, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province.
This major environmental activity was organized through a collaborative effort involving the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), private sector operators, and over 25 environmental organisations. The event successfully mobilised more than 3,000 volunteers to reduce marine debris and promote proper waste management awareness.
This year, the dedicated volunteers successfully collected over 4,078 kilograms of trash, covering more than 21 kilometers of coastline across several key tourist beaches, including Nam Rin, Phayun, and Phala in Ban Chang District, as well as Suchada, Saeng Chan, Laem Charoen, and Mae Ramphueng beaches in Mueang District, Rayong. All collected waste will be appropriately managed and channeled into the recycling process.
This collaboration between AGC Vinythai and FTI not only serves to strengthen their cooperative relationship but also reinforces their shared commitment to environmental conservation for mutual sustainable development.
