เอจีซี วีนิไทย ร่วมขับเคลื่อนสิ่งแวดล้อม “Rayong G Project” เนื่องในวันสิ่งแวดล้อมโลก 2026

บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมกิจกรรมวันสิ่งแวดล้อมโลกประจำปี 2569 หรือ World Environment Day  ภายใต้แนวคิด “Rayong G Project : Green Network, Green Mission and Green Goals” ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนปณิธานร่วมของชาวระยองในการยกระดับจาก “เครือข่าย” สู่ “โครงข่ายสีเขียว” ที่เข้มแข็ง โดยมีบัญชีลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกเป็นเครื่องมือยืนยันผลสำเร็จ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนจังหวัดระยองสู่เมืองที่ยั่งยืน ปลอดภัย และเป็นเมืองต้นแบบแห่งความสมดุลให้แก่คนรุ่นหลัง โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชนรวมกว่า 300 คน เมื่อวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมโกลเด้น ซิตี้ จังหวัดระยอง

งานฯ ดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นโดยสำนักงานทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมจังหวัดระยอง นำโดย นายสมบัติ พิมพ์ประสิทธิ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานฯ และได้รับเกียรติจากนายกัฬชัย เทพวรชัย รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดระยอง เป็นประธานเปิดงานพร้อมปาฐกถาพิเศษในหัวข้อ “Rayong Goal to Global”

สำหรับกิจกรรมภายในงานฯ ประกอบด้วยการแสดง “Global Call for Climate Action” เพื่อรณรงค์การรับมือวิกฤตสภาพภูมิอากาศ พิธีมอบตราสัญลักษณ์มรดกจังหวัดระยองให้แก่ย่านชุมชนเก่าถนนยมจินดา-ถนนชุมพล-เขตเมืองเก่า ย่านชุมชนเก่าปากน้ำประแส และย่านชุมชนเก่าตลาดบ้านเพ ตลอดจนการจัดนิทรรศการ “ปล่อยของสมองเขียว ตอน Rayong G Project” และการเสวนาในหัวข้อ “Green Network Green Mission Green Goals” เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดการดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างสร้างสรรค์

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงการดำเนินธุรกิจควบคู่กับการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมของ เอจีซี วีนิไทย พร้อมทั้งมุ่งมั่นสร้างความร่วมมือกับทุกภาคส่วนเพื่อขับเคลื่อนจังหวัดระยองสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

เมื่อวันที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2569 บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จัดการประชุมคณะกรรมการมวลชนสัมพันธ์และสิ่งแวดล้อม ครั้งที่ 1 ประจำปี 2569 โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนางจุไรศรี ไชยศรี ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจาก 3 ภาคส่วน ได้แก่ ผู้แทนภาคประชาชน ผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และผู้แทนบริษัทฯ ซึ่งได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารเอจีซี วีนิไทย นำโดย นายโตะชิโอะ เซะโมะโตะ กรรมการบริหาร สายงานบริหารโรงงาน และเทคนิค นายวรเทพ เลิศวิญญู รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส สายงานวางแผนองค์กร นายอาทิตย์ วงศ์แสง ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส โรงงานมาบตาพุด 1 และนายสมประสงค์ เดชาวิชิตเลิศ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส สายงานสิ่งแวดล้อม อาชีวอนามัย บริหารความปลอดภัย และควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิต พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนพนักงานร่วมให้การต้อนรับผู้เข้าประชุมอย่างอบอุ่น โดยมีผู้เข้าประชุมกว่า 60 คน ณ ห้องประชุมไทยแลนด์ อาคารซีบีวี โรงงานมาบตาพุด 1

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อรายงานความคืบหน้าการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ ทั้งในด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้คณะกรรมการฯ ได้รับทราบข้อมูล แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ อันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ อย่างต่อเนื่อง

AGC Vinythai Collaborates with Coral Conservation Foundation at “World Oceans Day 2026,” Supporting the “Reimagine the Ocean” Concept

On June 8, 2026, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the Coral Conservation Foundation Supported by AGC Vinythai PLC., jointly hosted an exhibition at the “World Oceans Day 2026” event.  The event was held under the theme “REIMAGINE: Reimagine the Ocean for a Sustainable World” organized by The Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to raise awareness and drive concrete action for marine resource conservation at Block I, Siam Square, Bangkok.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Suchat Chomklin, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, alongside Mr. Pinsak Suraswadi, Director-General of the DMCR. The event drew over 300 representatives from government agencies, private sectors, and partner networks. On this occasion, Ms. Wilailux Pinijboonpakorn , External Communications Department Manager of AGC Vinythai, together with the team from Coral Conservation Foundation, warmly welcomed distinguished guests and visitors to the exhibition.

The highlight of AGC Vinythai and Coral Conservation Foundation booth was the demonstration of coral nursery and restoration utilizing the innovative “Coral Dome.” In addition, the exhibition showcased eco-friendly products developed by marine conservation community networks. These included jewelry and souvenirs crafted from Sea Glass by the Marine Science and Conservation Center in Chonburi, transforming wave-worn discarded glass into smooth, gem-like pieces. The display also featured bags and decorative mobiles crafted from recycled fishing nets by local fishermen’s groups from Laem Son, Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province.

AGC Vinythai’s participation underscores its commitment to the Circular Economy by maximizing the value of waste materials. This initiative not only generates supplementary income for coastal communities but also fosters public awareness regarding marine preservation, aligning seamlessly with the company’s long-term sustainability mission.

บรรยากาศภายในงานเริ่มต้นด้วยการกล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการโดย นายโยชิฮิซะ โฮะริเบะ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ของเอจีซี วีนิไทย ต่อด้วย Mr. Lee Toong Shien จาก Argus Media Singapore Pte. นอกจากนี้ เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพการแข่งขันของลูกค้าในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล นายณัฐวัชร์ อาจปักษา Credit Control Department Manager พร้อมทีมงาน ได้ร่วมให้ข้อมูลความคืบหน้าและแผนการดำเนินงานด้านระบบใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Tax Invoice) และใบเสร็จรับเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Receipt) เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกรมสรรพากรในปี 2569

สำหรับภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจไทย บริษัทฯ ได้รับเกียรติจากนายบุรินทร์ อดุลวัฒนะ กรรมการผู้จัดการและ Chief Economist จากศูนย์วิจัยกสิกรไทย ร่วมบรรยายเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจไทย โดยเน้นประเด็นสำคัญ อาทิ ความเสี่ยงด้านพลังงาน ผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ในตะวันออกกลาง ทิศทางค่าเงินบาท และภาคการส่งออกของไทย

ในช่วงท้าย นายทาคาชิ มัทสึโมโต้ กรรมการบริหาร สายงานการจัดการธุรกิจ ได้กล่าวขอบคุณลูกค้าที่ให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมงานสัมมนาอย่างคับคั่ง พร้อมทั้งย้ำถึงเจตนารมณ์ของบริษัทฯ ที่มุ่งมั่นสนับสนุนให้ลูกค้าสามารถเติบโตไปพร้อมกันอย่างยั่งยืน ก่อนปิดการสัมมนาอย่างเป็นทางการ

AGC Vinythai Joins Forces with Partners to Launch Coral Restoration Project in Koh Phangan

On March 13, 2026, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the Coral Conservation Foundation Supported by AGC Vinythai PLC. , and its network partners, officially launched the “AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation Project” at Koh Phangan. The event also featured the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on marine and coastal resource conservation and restoration. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Paisit Thongjerm,  District Officer of Koh Phangan, at Koh Phangan Community Hall, Surat Thani Province.

The MOU represents a collaborative effort among key organizations, including AGC Vinythai, the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, the Coral Conservation Foundation, and the CORE Sea Institute, to restore coral reef ecosystems around Koh Phangan and enhance marine biodiversity.

During the event, Mr. Prasan Sangpaiboon, Chairman of the Coral Conservation Foundation, expressed the foundation’s commitment to coral restoration, while Mr. Worathep Lertwinyu, Executive Vice President – Corporate Planning of AGC Vinythai, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to environmental protection and extended appreciation to all partners for their collaboration in driving sustainable outcomes.

The initiative was further supported by strong local networks, including the Second Naval Area Command, Koh Phangan Subdistrict Municipality, Phet Phangan Subdistrict Municipality, Than Sadet–Koh Phangan National Park, Koh Phangan District Fisheries Office, Marine Department (Koh Phangan Branch), Dok Mai Thale Conservation Group, E2C Koh Samui Group, and Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, all working together to advance tangible conservation efforts.

The event also featured a panel discussion titled “The Potential of Koh Phangan from the Perspectives of Partner Organizations.” Ms. Wilailux Pinijboonpakorn, External Communications Department Manager, represented AGC Vinythai in sharing the company’s perspective as a private sector organization with over 20 years of experience in coral conservation. The program concluded with a symbolic activity involving the installation of resin coral structures on dome bases, along with the provision of financial support for local coral restoration initiatives, aimed at strengthening community engagement and conservation networks for the long term.

AGC Vinythai, Phra Pradaeng Plant, held the 2nd Public Hearing for the Chlor-Alkali Plant Project (9th Expansion).

On December 27, 2025, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, Phra Pradaeng Plant, conducted the 2nd Public Hearing for the Chlor-Alkali Plant Project (9th Expansion). The meeting held at the Pomnakarachsawatyanon School Auditorium in Samut Prakan Province, aimed to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to exchange views and offer suggestions regarding the project.

The meeting was honored by the presence of Mr. Worathep Lertwinyu, Executive Vice President – Corporate Planning, who presided over the opening ceremony. The management team and employees extended a warm welcome to over 300 participants, including community leaders, representatives from government agencies and the private sector, neighboring companies, and residents.

This public hearing is a continuation of the first session. The company presented study results along with measures to prevent and mitigate environmental impacts. We welcomed suggestions and concerns from all sectors to ensure the project’s development is appropriate, transparent, and compliant with all regulations. Secot Co., Ltd. has been appointed to prepare the environmental report for submission to the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) for further consideration in the next stage.

On this occasion, AGC Vinythai and Coral Conservation Foundation Supported by AGC Vinythai PLC., organized an exhibition booth titled “AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation Project”. The booth aimed to showcase AGC Vinythai’s commitment and ongoing efforts toward corporate social and environmental responsibility.

In the closing of the meeting, Mr. Sirichai Termvanich, Senior Vice President – Plant PPD1 and PPD2, expressed his gratitude to community leaders and all sectors for their interest and constructive exchange of views. This reflects the cooperation, understanding, and trust which serve as the vital foundation for efficient project implementation and sustainable growth alongside the surrounding communities.

AGC Vinythai Joins International Anti-Corruption Day 2025

On December 9, 2025, the Compliance Department team under the Legal and Compliance Division, led by Ms. Jamikorn Kamtha, Deputy Department Manager, represented the company at the International Anti-Corruption Day (Thailand) 2025. The event was hosted by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) in collaboration with network partners.

This year’s event was held under the concept “HERO OF THE TRUTH: Join Forces to Stop Corruption.” This concept reflects that heroes who save the situation are not fictional superheroes but “ordinary people who dare to speak the truth.”

AGC Vinythai Participates International Vinyl Sustainability Forum 2025, Highlighting Vinyl Products for Coral Reef Restoration

On 16 December 2025, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, as a member of the ASEAN Vinyl Council (AVC), participated in an international conference and exhibition, “The International Vinyl Sustainability Forum 2025: Closing the Loop with Knowledge and Collaboration”, held at the Mandarin Hotel, Bangkok.

The event featured academic conferences and presentations on technologies for sustainable management and recycling of post-consumer PVC products. Participants included representatives from the Pollution Control Department, Chulalongkorn University, and private sector partners, share knowledge and foster environmental collaboration.

On this occasion, AGC Vinythai, in collaboration with the Coral Conservation Foundation under the patronage of AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, organized an exhibition booth titled “AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation Project”.  The booth showcased coral reef restoration methods using PVC pipes in the form of reusable nursery structures, designed to reduce waste while effectively restoring marine ecosystems. The exhibition also featured “triangular bases” and “coral restoration domes,” which serve as settlement surfaces for coral larvae and as nursery habitats for juvenile marine organisms.

Participation in this event reflects AGC Vinythai’s commitment to supporting and driving collaboration in natural resource conservation, with the goal of achieving true sustainability.
