EHS Engineer (Safety)
Key Accountability:
- Improve and implement transport safety and related EHS standards and guidelines.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews and verify safety measures prior to work execution.
- Monitor and analyze BBS data, and implement actions to eliminate risk-taking behaviours (or risky behaviours).
- Ensure that emergency plans are developed, regularly exercised, and continuously improved.
- Lead investigations, track corrective actions, and audit relevant parties, including transporters.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Occupational Safety, Health Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Experience in transport safety or occupational safety within a chemical or petrochemical plant.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements relevant to chemical plants and their implementation.
- Familiar with practices such as incident investigation, EHS training, and construction safety.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, as well as strong negotiation skills.
- Possession of an ADR certificate is an advantage.
