Internal Audit Department Manager
Key Accountability:
- Initiate audit plan, prioritize risks, propose focused audit areas and lead the team
- Periodically analyze and assess the effectiveness of controls in place
- Monitoring non-compliance items and develop early-detection system
- Conduct ad hoc audit when necessary / upon request by Superior / Management
- Provide analytical data and communicate results with value recommendation
- Assist to level-up competency and skill of the audit team
- Power BI / Tableau / equivalent, Python, knowledge in data mining (preferable)
- Able to travel oversea
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Business or related (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5-10 years' experience in IA/ Risk Management/Operation & Process Improvement (3-5 years in managerial level)
- Manage audit team and propose annual audit plan
- Familiar with ERP/SAP and Petro-Chemical Business would be advantage
- Fluent in data analytic implementation and usage
- Proficient in English communication
- Good Communication skill and proficient in data analytic tools/techniques
