Customer Support Supervisor
Key Accountability:
- Handle customer claim & complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquires and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Keep records for all relevant customer interactions and file documents, data analysis.
- Developing and enforcing different claims processes and procedures, providing services to all Division needs and ensuring optimum management of all claims, investigating all problems.
- Handle customer questionnaire of all products and deliver to relevant people on time.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry or related fields) background in Chemical Industry is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Customer Claim & Complaint management including Customer Questionary management under various dimensions of product.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships that attract others; strong team orientation required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English and reading comprehension skills for internal and external interactions.
- Proficient typing in both Thai and English
