Customer Support Supervisor


Key Accountability:
  • Handle customer claim & complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquires and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records for all relevant customer interactions and file documents, data analysis.
  • Developing and enforcing different claims processes and procedures, providing services to all Division needs and ensuring optimum management of all claims, investigating all problems.
  • Handle customer questionnaire of all products and deliver to relevant people on time.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry or related fields) background in Chemical Industry is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in Customer Claim & Complaint management including Customer Questionary management under various dimensions of product.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships that attract others; strong team orientation required.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in English and reading comprehension skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Proficient typing in both Thai and English
