HRA Strategy and Policy Manager
Key Accountability:
- Support the development and execution of HRA strategy in alignment with corporate direction.
- Update Company Policy, Work Rules, Work Instruction and related document on system.
- Analyze HR trends and data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collects, analysis, and reporting of HR data for strategic purposes.
- Drive in initiatives related to change management, culture development, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with related teams in preparing and monitoring HRA budget and resource planning.
- Support cost analysis and improvement plans to ensure resource optimization.
- Collaborate with HRA- Operations to ensure implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g., talent management, workforce planning, Compensation & Benefits etc.)
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in strategic or project-based HR roles.
- Experience in HR analytics, HR planning, or transformation projects.
- Good understanding in Thai Labor Law is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP or other HRIS is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and able to handle sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally and drive change.
- Good communication and coordination skills (both Thai & English)
