External Communications Supervisor

Key Accountability :

• CSR & Sustainability Execution: Implement flagship CSR and sustainability initiatives; gather and summarize community surveys and feedback to support strategy improvement and create shared value.
• Community Relations & EIA/EHIA: Maintain regular engagement with local authorities, communities, and stakeholders; track EIA/EHIA community measures and facilitate community panels.
• PR & Media Execution: Coordinate PR and media relations activities; prepare communication materials and press/photo releases to support corporate reputation.
• Crisis & Internal Communications: Track local issues and support crisis communication activities for timely information flow; coordinate CSR updates for internal employee engagement.
• Departmental Administration: Execute daily administrative processes, procurement, and budget tracking to support departmental efficiency.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Sustainability or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience in Corporate Social RESPONSIBILITY, COMMUNITY Relations, Public Relations.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and managing community projects from planning to execution.
• Experience in industrial sectors, manufacturing environments, or EIA/EHIA-related communication is highly advantageous.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
• Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools for content creation, communication, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills across diverse local and government groups.
• Possess a valid driving license and able to travel for field operations or work beyond normal hours when required.
