Customer Technical Service Officer

Key Accountability:
  • To operate the testing design in CTS laboratory
  • Check the performance of equipment in CTS laboratory
  • Check the availability of additives, PVC resin and the spare part of equipment in CTS laboratory to support the requirement from customers
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Petrochemical or Polymer
  • Plastics or additive compound would be preferable
  • Good in Analytical Skill and troubleshooting concept
  • Accountability, Enthusiastic and good in Customer Focus Concept
