Import & Export Logistics Officer
Key Accountability:
- Ocean freight purchase (sourcing, negotiation and booking vessel space) and vessel space booking
- Export Shipping Document arrangement
- SAP updated data
- Coordinate and communicate to Oversea customer, agent, Shipping line agent, customs broker and customers
- Loading/unloading schedules plan with transporter and production
Qualification:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Logistics or related field
- 1-3 years' experience in export process (shipping document and other processes on SAP)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
- Computer proficiency in MS office, SAP and e-mail communication
- Good command of English (TOEIC score 600 up will be advantage)
