HR Deputy Department Manager
Key Accountability:
- To manage compensation and benefit survey and provide market data analysis, reports by collaboratively working with HR consultant
- To review the salary structure to ensure the market competitiveness according to market reference and market level benchmark
- To manage annual compensation programs, Annual Salary Review and Performance Bonus, including budgeting and reporting
- Identifying key roles and potential successors within the organization
- Managing relationships between the company and employee, including unions and employee representative
- Ad-hoc from HR Division Manager
Qualification:
- 5-10 years experience with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
- Good knowledge of job evaluation and grading system with HAY/MERCER methodology
- Experience in HRIS software SuccessFactors is advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skill, analytical thinking and planning
- Good command of both written and spoken English and computer skill
