AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited (AGC Vinythai) was established, following the successful integration between AGC Chemicals (Thailand) Company Limited (ACTH) and Vinythai Public Company Limited (VNT), on July 1, 2022 with AGC Inc. and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited as major shareholders. With strong support from the major shareholders, the combination of the two companies will promote the business development of chlor-alkali products and services. This will allow AGC Vinythai to become a larger chlor-alkali player in the Southeast Asia region.
AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of chlor-alkali products in the intermediate petrochemical industry. Its PVC resins are distributed to manufacturers who reprocess PVC into finished products in the downstream petrochemical industry. The key products include PVC resins under the trademark “SIAMVIC®”, caustic soda, and epichlorohydrin.
The company has its office in Bangkok and 4 production plants namely Map Ta Phut Plant 1 (Head Office) in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, Map Ta Phut Plant 2 in WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut), Rayong Province, Phrapradaeng Plant 1 and Phrapradaeng Plant 2 in Samut Prakarn Province.

AGC Chemicals Vietnam Company Limited is a subsidiary company in which AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited has 78% shareholding. It produces and supplies PVC resins to meet the growing demand in the Southeast Asian markets. Its production plant is located in Cai Mep Industrial Zone in Vietnam.
