AGC Vinythai Receives Honorary Badge from the Thai Chamber of Commerce Ethics Club 2025

On 12 December 2025, Mr. Pannawat Lertkamolmart, Company Secretary and Deputy Division Manager – Legal and Compliance, received a badge from the Ethics Club of the Thai Chamber of Commerce at the Outstanding Ethics Awards Ceremony of the Thai Chamber of Commerce for the year 2025, under the concept “Big Quick Win through Ethics.”

This award honors companies that conduct business with transparency and uphold the principles of good governance, leading to sustainable organizational development.

AGC Vinythai Joins International Anti-Corruption Day 2025

On December 9, 2025, the Compliance Department team under the Legal and Compliance Division, led by Ms. Jamikorn Kamtha, Deputy Department Manager, represented the company at the International Anti-Corruption Day (Thailand) 2025. The event was hosted by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) in collaboration with network partners.

This year’s event was held under the concept “HERO OF THE TRUTH: Join Forces to Stop Corruption.” This concept reflects that heroes who save the situation are not fictional superheroes but “ordinary people who dare to speak the truth.”

The company’s participation reinforces its steadfast commitment to business ethics and transparency, contributing to the movement toward a sustainably corruption-free Thai society.

AGC Vinythai Participates International Vinyl Sustainability Forum 2025, Highlighting Vinyl Products for Coral Reef Restoration

On 16 December 2025, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, as a member of the ASEAN Vinyl Council (AVC), participated in an international conference and exhibition, “The International Vinyl Sustainability Forum 2025: Closing the Loop with Knowledge and Collaboration”, held at the Mandarin Hotel, Bangkok.

The event featured academic conferences and presentations on technologies for sustainable management and recycling of post-consumer PVC products. Participants included representatives from the Pollution Control Department, Chulalongkorn University, and private sector partners, share knowledge and foster environmental collaboration.

On this occasion, AGC Vinythai, in collaboration with the Coral Conservation Foundation under the patronage of AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, organized an exhibition booth titled “AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation Project”.  The booth showcased coral reef restoration methods using PVC pipes in the form of reusable nursery structures, designed to reduce waste while effectively restoring marine ecosystems. The exhibition also featured “triangular bases” and “coral restoration domes,” which serve as settlement surfaces for coral larvae and as nursery habitats for juvenile marine organisms.

Participation in this event reflects AGC Vinythai’s commitment to supporting and driving collaboration in natural resource conservation, with the goal of achieving true sustainability.
