On 12 December 2025, Mr. Pannawat Lertkamolmart, Company Secretary and Deputy Division Manager – Legal and Compliance, received a badge from the Ethics Club of the Thai Chamber of Commerce at the Outstanding Ethics Awards Ceremony of the Thai Chamber of Commerce for the year 2025, under the concept “Big Quick Win through Ethics.”
This award honors companies that conduct business with transparency and uphold the principles of good governance, leading to sustainable organizational development.
On December 9, 2025, the Compliance Department team under the Legal and Compliance Division, led by Ms. Jamikorn Kamtha, Deputy Department Manager, represented the company at the International Anti-Corruption Day (Thailand) 2025. The event was hosted by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) in collaboration with network partners.
This year’s event was held under the concept “HERO OF THE TRUTH: Join Forces to Stop Corruption.” This concept reflects that heroes who save the situation are not fictional superheroes but “ordinary people who dare to speak the truth.”
The company’s participation reinforces its steadfast commitment to business ethics and transparency, contributing to the movement toward a sustainably corruption-free Thai society.
On 16 December 2025, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, as a member of the ASEAN Vinyl Council (AVC), participated in an international conference and exhibition, “The International Vinyl Sustainability Forum 2025: Closing the Loop with Knowledge and Collaboration”, held at the Mandarin Hotel, Bangkok.
The event featured academic conferences and presentations on technologies for sustainable management and recycling of post-consumer PVC products. Participants included representatives from the Pollution Control Department, Chulalongkorn University, and private sector partners, share knowledge and foster environmental collaboration.
On this occasion, AGC Vinythai, in collaboration with the Coral Conservation Foundation under the patronage of AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, organized an exhibition booth titled “AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation Project”. The booth showcased coral reef restoration methods using PVC pipes in the form of reusable nursery structures, designed to reduce waste while effectively restoring marine ecosystems. The exhibition also featured “triangular bases” and “coral restoration domes,” which serve as settlement surfaces for coral larvae and as nursery habitats for juvenile marine organisms.
Participation in this event reflects AGC Vinythai’s commitment to supporting and driving collaboration in natural resource conservation, with the goal of achieving true sustainability.

On 2 December 2025, the Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD) hosted its annual TBCSD Sustainable Business Forum 2025, highlighting the Council’s role as one of Thailand’s leading sustainable development business networks.
As a committed TBCSD member, AGC Vinythai participated in the event, represented by Mr. Worathep Lertwinyu, Executive Vice President – Corporate Planning, and Mr. Boonchana Mangkonkarn, Director – Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology,. Their attendance reaffirmed the company’s dedication to advancing a sustainable, low-carbon society and economy.
AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, represented by Miss Dusita Kolaka, Government and Public Affairs Deputy Division Manager, attended the ceremony to receive the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition award at the Sustainability Disclosure Award 2025 presentation ceremony organized by the Thaipat Institute. The awards are granted to member organizations of the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) that have fully disclosed sustainability information beneficial for stakeholder decision-making.
This year, a total of 163 SDC member organizations received awards across three categories: the Sustainability Disclosure Award, the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition, and the Sustainability Disclosure Acknowledgement.
The Sustainability Disclosure Recognition award reflects AGC Vinythai’s highest commitment to managing sustainability across all dimensions—Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)—through the transparent and credible disclosure of information in its sustainability report.
On Sunday, 16 November 2025, Noen Phra Municipality, in collaboration with AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, organized the “15th Noen Phra Municipality – AGC Vinythai Mini Marathon”, competing for the royal trophy graciously bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali Krom Muen Suddhanarinatha . The main objectives were to promote physical exercise, strengthen cooperation between the company, the community, and local authorities, and to publicize tourist attractions in Rayong Province to a wider audience. The event was held at the Phra Chedi Klang Nam Mangrove Forest in Rayong Province.
The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Anusorn Saengkla, District Chief Officer of Mueang Rayong, who presided over the opening ceremony and officially flagged off the runners included the executive team of Noen Phra Municipality, led by Mr. Supachai Chitdol, Mayor of Noen Phra Municipality, and the management team of AGC Vinythai, led by Mr. Tomotaka Yoshikawa, Managing Director, Mr. Toshio Semoto, Plant and Technical Director and Mr. Worathep Lertwinyu, Executive Vice President – Corporate Planning. They warmly welcomed more than 3,100 participants. Moreover, the event was further honored by the presence of Mr. Tatsuo Momii, President of AGC Chemicals, who participated in mini-marathon competition alongside AGC Vinythai managements and employees.
At the event, AGC Vinythai contributed funds to the Noen Phra Elderly School to enhance the quality of life and support learning activities for the elderly in the local community.
The event was filled with excitement and joy, with over 400 AGC Vinythai employees from all operational sites enthusiastically participating. The success was bolstered by excellent cooperation from various company clubs, including Cheer Club, Photo Club, and Bicycle Club. Additionally, the event featured exhibitions and coastal resource protection activities under the AGC Vinythai Coral Cultivation Project, which has been carried out across the country for 22 years to showcase the company’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
The “15th Noen Phra Municipality – AGC Vinythai Mini Marathon” is more than just an activity to encourage children, youth, and the general public to exercise for their health. It serves as a vital driving force in strengthening the relationship between the organization and the community, while also stimulating local economic growth and promoting regional tourism for sustainable progress.

พิธีทอดกฐินเริ่มต้นด้วยการแห่ขบวนผ้ากฐินและเครื่องบริวารวนรอบพระอุโบสถจำนวน 3 รอบ ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศที่คึกคักของพุทธศาสนิกชนที่มาร่วมงาน
ในช่วงพิธีถวายผ้ากฐิน นายศิริชัย เติมวาณิช ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส โรงงานพระประแดง 1 และ 2 เป็นผู้แทนนำกล่าวถวายผ้ากฐินและเครื่องบริวาร พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารร่วมถวายเครื่องไทยธรรมแด่พระสงฆ์
ปัจจัยจากการร่วมทำบุญทั้งจากบริษัทฯ พนักงานและผู้มีจิตศรัทธาทั่วไปสมทบในพิธีทอดกฐินครั้งนี้ เป็นจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 727,633 บาท โดยทางวัดจะนำปัจจัยดังกล่าวไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์บริเวณลานข้างโบสถ์ ซึ่งถือเป็นการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำนุบำรุงพุทธศาสนาและรักษาประเพณีอันดีงามที่สำคัญของพุทธศาสนิกชาวไทยให้คงอยู่สืบไป
นอกจากกิจกรรมทางศาสนาแล้ว บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย ยังได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการศึกษา โดยคณะผู้บริหารได้ร่วมกันมอบทุนการศึกษาจำนวน 20 ทุน ให้แก่นักเรียนจาก 4 โรงเรียนในพื้นที่ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนวัดแหลมฟ้าผ่า, โรงเรียนวัดคู่สร้าง, โรงเรียนวัดไตรมิตรวราราม และโรงเรียนป้อมพระจุลจอมเกล้า เพื่อส่งเสริมและสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับนักเรียนที่เรียนดีแต่ขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์อีกด้วย
เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 27 กันยายนที่ผ่านมา บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) โรงงานพระประแดง จัดประชุมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ครั้งที่ 1 เกี่ยวกับโครงการโรงงานผลิตคลอร์–แอลคาไล (ส่วนขยาย ครั้งที่ 9) โดยได้รับความสนใจจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกว่า 350 คน ทั้งผู้นำชุมชน หน่วยงานราชการ ภาคเอกชน และบริษัทข้างเคียง การประชุมได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณโตะชิโอะ เซะโมะโตะ กรรมการบริหาร สายงานบริหารโรงงานและเทคนิค เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด ร่วมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและผู้แทนพนักงานเอจีซี วีนิไทย ณ หอประชุมโรงเรียนราชประชาสมาสัย ฝ่ายมัธยม รัชดาภิเษก ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
การจัดประชุมรับฟังความคิดเห็นในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แสดงความคิดเห็น ข้อห่วงกังวล และข้อเสนอแนะต่อโครงการฯ และเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ เป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชน โดยบริษัทฯ ได้มอบหมายให้ บริษัท ซีคอท จำกัด เป็นผู้จัดทำรายงานการประเมินผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA) ตามประกาศของกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในกระบวนการจัดทำรายงานฯ ดังกล่าว
ในโอกาสนี้ นายศิริชัย เติมวาณิช ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส โรงงานพระประแดง 1 และ 2 ได้กล่าวขอบคุณผู้นำชุมชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน และทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้ความร่วมมือเข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้ โดยเน้นว่าความคิดเห็นที่ได้รับ ถือเป็นพลังสำคัญที่ทำให้โครงการฯ เดินหน้าไปอย่างรอบคอบ ซึ่งบริษัทฯ จะนำข้อคิดเห็นนี้ไปปรับปรุงรายละเอียด ขอบเขต และแนวทางการศึกษาผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ครบถ้วนและเหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ทั้งต่อบริษัทฯ และชุมชนโดยรอบ
September 20, 2025 – AGC Vinythai, led by Miss Dusita Kolaka, Deputy Division Manager -Government & Public Affairs, together with Petrochemical Industry Club, The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and partners reaffirmed their commitment to sustainable environmental and social stewardship by participating in the International Coastal Cleanup Day 2025 event at Phayun Beach, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province.
This major environmental activity was organized through a collaborative effort involving the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), private sector operators, and over 25 environmental organisations. The event successfully mobilised more than 3,000 volunteers to reduce marine debris and promote proper waste management awareness.
This year, the dedicated volunteers successfully collected over 4,078 kilograms of trash, covering more than 21 kilometers of coastline across several key tourist beaches, including Nam Rin, Phayun, and Phala in Ban Chang District, as well as Suchada, Saeng Chan, Laem Charoen, and Mae Ramphueng beaches in Mueang District, Rayong. All collected waste will be appropriately managed and channeled into the recycling process.
This collaboration between AGC Vinythai and FTI not only serves to strengthen their cooperative relationship but also reinforces their shared commitment to environmental conservation for mutual sustainable development.
