เอจีซี วีนิไทย ได้รับการรับรองคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ (Carbon Footprint Organization, CFO) ประจำปี 2568 ตามมาตรฐานสากล ISO 14064-1

บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ประสบความสำเร็จในการได้รับการรับรองคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กร (Carbon Footprint Organization, CFO) ประจำปี 2568 ตามมาตรฐานสากล ISO 14064-1 จากสถาบันรับรองมาตรฐานไอเอสโอ (MASCI)

ซึ่งเป็นการประเมินการปลดปล่อยปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากกิจกรรมต่างๆ ทั้ง 5 ประเภทของเอจีซี วีนิไทยทุกพื้นที่ในปี 2567 ได้แก่ การปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกโดยตรง (ประเภทที่ 1), การปล่อยทางอ้อมจากการใช้พลังงานที่นำเข้ามา (ประเภทที่ 2), การปล่อยทางอ้อมจากการขนส่ง (ประเภทที่ 3), การปล่อยทางอ้อมจากผลิตภัณฑ์ที่องค์กรใช้ (ประเภทที่ 4) รวมถึงการปล่อยทางอ้อมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ขององค์กร (ประเภทที่ 5)

การได้รับประกาศนียบัตรฯ อันทรงเกียรตินี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นอย่างต่อเนื่องของบริษัทฯ ในการดำเนินธุรกิจควบคู่ไปกับการให้ความสำคัญกับการดูแลรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการและลดผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศอย่างยั่งยืน

On 2 December 2025, the Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD) hosted its annual TBCSD Sustainable Business Forum 2025, highlighting the Council’s role as one of Thailand’s leading sustainable development business networks.

AGC Vinythai Emphasizes ESG Excellence, Receives Sustainability Disclosure Recognition at the 2025 Awards from Thaipat Institute

AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited, represented by Miss Dusita Kolaka, Government and Public Affairs Deputy Division Manager, attended the ceremony to receive the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition award at the Sustainability Disclosure Award 2025 presentation ceremony organized by the Thaipat Institute. The awards are granted to member organizations of the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) that have fully disclosed sustainability information beneficial for stakeholder decision-making.

This year, a total of 163 SDC member organizations received awards across three categories: the Sustainability Disclosure Award, the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition, and the Sustainability Disclosure Acknowledgement.

The Sustainability Disclosure Recognition award reflects AGC Vinythai’s highest commitment to managing sustainability across all dimensions—Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)—through the transparent and credible disclosure of information in its sustainability report.

เอจีซี วีนิไทย จับมือ เทศบาลเนินพระ จัดมินิมาราธอนครั้งที่ 15 อย่างยิ่งใหญ่ สร้างสุขภาพดี พร้อมส่งเสริมแหล่งท่องเที่ยวระยอง

เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 16 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เทศบาลตำบลเนินพระ ร่วมกับ บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จัดงาน “เทศบาลเนินพระ-เอจีซี วีนิไทย มินิมาราธอนครั้งที่ 15” ชิงถ้วยประทาน พระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าโสมสวลี กรมหมื่นสุทธนารีนาถ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมการออกกำลังกาย ให้ประชาชนมีสุขภาพแข็งแรง สร้างความร่วมมืออันดีระหว่างบริษัทฯ ชุมชน และหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น ตลอดจนประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดระยอง ให้เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวาง กิจกรรมฯ ดังกล่าวจัดขึ้น ณ ลานอเนกประสงค์ โครงการป่าชายเลนในเมืองจังหวัดระยอง ป่าชายเลนพระเจดีย์กลางน้ำ อัญมณีหนึ่งเดียวในระยอง (ฝั่งท่าบรรทุก)

งานฯ ในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายอนุสรณ์ แสงกล้า นายอำเภอเมืองระยอง เป็นประธานในพิธีปล่อยตัวนักวิ่ง โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารเทศบาลตำบลเนินพระ นำโดยนายศุภชัย จิตรดล นายกเทศมนตรีเมืองเนินพระ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารบริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) นำโดย นายโทโมทากะ โยชิคาวา กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่, นายโตะชิโอะ เซะโมะโตะ กรรมการบริหาร สายงานบริหารโรงงาน และเทคนิค, นายวรเทพ เลิศวิญญู รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส สายงานวางแผนองค์กร ร่วมให้การต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกว่า 3,100 คน อย่างอบอุ่น

โดยในพิธีเปิดงานนายโทโมทากะ โยชิคาวา ได้กล่าวถวายอาลัยแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง พร้อมกล่าวต่อว่า “ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 60 ปีที่เอจีซี วีนิไทย ได้เข้ามาพึ่งพระบรมโพธิสมภารในการดำเนินธุรกิจเคมีภัณฑ์ในประเทศไทยด้วยน้อมสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ของพระมหากษัตริย์ไทยและสมาชิกในราชวงศ์ทุกพระองค์นั้น ในฐานะบรรษัทพลเมืองที่ดี เอจีซี วีนิไทยมุ่งมั่นทุ่มเทต่อความรับผิดชอบในการช่วยบรรเทาประเด็นทางสังคมที่เกิดขึ้น ด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพและโครงการ CSR ต่างๆ อาทิ การแข่งขันมินิมาราธอน ซึ่งช่วยส่งเสริมสุขภาพของประชาชนให้แข็งแรงมาเป็นระยะเวลา 15 ปี”  พร้อมขอบคุณทุกภาคส่วนที่อยู่เคียงข้างและให้การสนับสนุนเป็นอย่างดียิ่งมาตลอดการเดินทาง 60 ปีของ เอจีซี วีนิไทย

ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น กิจกรรมฯ ในครั้งนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติอย่างสูงจากนายทัตสึโอะ โมมิอิ ประธานกลุ่มบริษัท เอจีซี เคมีคอลส์ ซึ่งได้ร่วมลงแข่งขันวิ่งประเภทมินิมาราธอนป็นระยะทาง 11.7 กิโลเมตรพร้อมกับคณะผู้บริหารและพนักงานของเอจีซี วีนิไทยด้วย

ในงานเดียวกันนี้ บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้มอบทุนสนับสนุนจำนวน 10,000 บาท ให้แก่โรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลเมืองเนินพระ เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่

บรรยากาศภายในงานฯ เต็มไปด้วยความสนุกสนาน พนักงานเอจีซี วีนิไทย กว่า 400 คน จากทุกพื้นที่ปฎิบัติงานเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันอย่างคึกคัก โดยได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากชมรมต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทฯ อาทิ ชมรมเชียร์ ชมรมถ่ายภาพ และชมรมจักรยาน รวมถึงการจัดนิทรรศการและกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการ “เอจีซี วีนิไทย ร่วมใจปลูกปะการัง”โดยเจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิรักษ์ปะการัง โดยความอุปถัมภ์ของ บมจ. เอจีซี วีนิไทย เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมของเอจีซี วีนิไทย

การแข่งขัน “เทศบาลเนินพระ – เอจีซี วีนิไทย มินิมาราธอน ครั้งที่ 15” นี้ จึงไม่เป็นเพียงแค่กิจกรรมส่งเสริมให้เด็ก เยาวชน และประชาชนหันมาออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนสำคัญที่ช่วยสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างองค์กรและชุมชน รวมถึงช่วยกระตุ้นและพัฒนา เศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่นและแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ให้เจริญก้าวหน้ายิ่งขึ้นไป

เอจีซี วีนิไทย ร่วมสืบสานประเพณีทอดกฐินสามัคคี ณ วัดเอี่ยมประชามิตร (แหลมฟ้าผ่า) จ.สมุทรปราการ

เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 19 ตุลาคมที่ผ่านมา บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) นำโดยนายโทโมทากะ โยชิคาวา กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงานและครอบครัว พร้อมชุมชนในพื้นที่ ได้ร่วมจัดพิธีทอดกฐินสามัคคีประจำปี 2568  เพื่อทำนุบำรุงพระพุทธศาสนาและสืบสานประเพณีอันดีงาม ณ วัดเอี่ยมประชามิตร (แหลมฟ้าผ่า) ต.แหลมฟ้าผ่า อ.พระสมุทรเจดีย์ จ.สมุทรปราการ

พิธีทอดกฐินเริ่มต้นด้วยการแห่ขบวนผ้ากฐินและเครื่องบริวารวนรอบพระอุโบสถจำนวน 3 รอบ ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศที่คึกคักของพุทธศาสนิกชนที่มาร่วมงาน

ในช่วงพิธีถวายผ้ากฐิน นายศิริชัย เติมวาณิช ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส โรงงานพระประแดง 1 และ 2 เป็นผู้แทนนำกล่าวถวายผ้ากฐินและเครื่องบริวาร พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารร่วมถวายเครื่องไทยธรรมแด่พระสงฆ์

ปัจจัยจากการร่วมทำบุญทั้งจากบริษัทฯ พนักงานและผู้มีจิตศรัทธาทั่วไปสมทบในพิธีทอดกฐินครั้งนี้ เป็นจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 727,633 บาท โดยทางวัดจะนำปัจจัยดังกล่าวไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์บริเวณลานข้างโบสถ์ ซึ่งถือเป็นการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำนุบำรุงพุทธศาสนาและรักษาประเพณีอันดีงามที่สำคัญของพุทธศาสนิกชาวไทยให้คงอยู่สืบไป

นอกจากกิจกรรมทางศาสนาแล้ว บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย ยังได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการศึกษา โดยคณะผู้บริหารได้ร่วมกันมอบทุนการศึกษาจำนวน 20 ทุน ให้แก่นักเรียนจาก 4 โรงเรียนในพื้นที่ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนวัดแหลมฟ้าผ่า, โรงเรียนวัดคู่สร้าง, โรงเรียนวัดไตรมิตรวราราม และโรงเรียนป้อมพระจุลจอมเกล้า เพื่อส่งเสริมและสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับนักเรียนที่เรียนดีแต่ขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์อีกด้วย

เอจีซี วีนิไทย โรงงานพระประแดง เปิดเวทีรับฟังความคิดเห็นต่อโครงการโรงงานผลิตคลอร์–แอลคาไล (ส่วนขยาย ครั้งที่ 9)

เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 27 กันยายนที่ผ่านมา บริษัท เอจีซี วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) โรงงานพระประแดง จัดประชุมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ครั้งที่ 1 เกี่ยวกับโครงการโรงงานผลิตคลอร์–แอลคาไล (ส่วนขยาย ครั้งที่ 9) โดยได้รับความสนใจจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกว่า 350 คน ทั้งผู้นำชุมชน หน่วยงานราชการ ภาคเอกชน และบริษัทข้างเคียง การประชุมได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณโตะชิโอะ เซะโมะโตะ กรรมการบริหาร สายงานบริหารโรงงานและเทคนิค เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด ร่วมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและผู้แทนพนักงานเอจีซี วีนิไทย ณ หอประชุมโรงเรียนราชประชาสมาสัย ฝ่ายมัธยม รัชดาภิเษก ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

การจัดประชุมรับฟังความคิดเห็นในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แสดงความคิดเห็น ข้อห่วงกังวล และข้อเสนอแนะต่อโครงการฯ และเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ เป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชน โดยบริษัทฯ ได้มอบหมายให้ บริษัท ซีคอท จำกัด เป็นผู้จัดทำรายงานการประเมินผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA) ตามประกาศของกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในกระบวนการจัดทำรายงานฯ ดังกล่าว

ในโอกาสนี้ นายศิริชัย เติมวาณิช ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส โรงงานพระประแดง 1 และ 2 ได้กล่าวขอบคุณผู้นำชุมชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน และทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้ความร่วมมือเข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้ โดยเน้นว่าความคิดเห็นที่ได้รับ ถือเป็นพลังสำคัญที่ทำให้โครงการฯ เดินหน้าไปอย่างรอบคอบ ซึ่งบริษัทฯ จะนำข้อคิดเห็นนี้ไปปรับปรุงรายละเอียด ขอบเขต และแนวทางการศึกษาผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ครบถ้วนและเหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ทั้งต่อบริษัทฯ และชุมชนโดยรอบ

AGC Vinythai, FTI and Partners Reinforces Commitment to Sustainability, Joins International Coastal Cleanup Day 2025 in Rayong, Thailand

September 20, 2025 – AGC Vinythai, led by Miss Dusita Kolaka, Deputy Division Manager -Government & Public Affairs, together with Petrochemical Industry Club, The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and partners reaffirmed their commitment to sustainable environmental and social stewardship by participating in the International Coastal Cleanup Day 2025 event at Phayun Beach, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province. 

This major environmental activity was organized through a collaborative effort involving the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), private sector operators, and over 25 environmental organisations. The event successfully mobilised more than 3,000 volunteers to reduce marine debris and promote proper waste management awareness.

This year, the dedicated volunteers successfully collected over 4,078 kilograms of trash, covering more than 21 kilometers of coastline across several key tourist beaches, including Nam Rin, Phayun, and Phala in Ban Chang District, as well as Suchada, Saeng Chan, Laem Charoen, and Mae Ramphueng beaches in Mueang District, Rayong.  All collected waste will be appropriately managed and channeled into the recycling process.

This collaboration between AGC Vinythai and FTI not only serves to strengthen their cooperative relationship but also reinforces their shared commitment to environmental conservation for mutual sustainable development.

22 September 2025, AGC Vinythai (MTP1 plant) receives Green Industry Level 4 : Green Culture from the Ministry of Industry at Green Industry Award Ceremony year 2025.  At this event , Mr. Somprasong Dechavichitlert, Senior Vice President – EHSQ of AGC Vinythai, attended the ceremony to accept the award from Mr. Weerapong Eiemcharoenchai, Inspector General of the Ministry of Industry, The Ceremony was held at the Royal Thai Army Club (Vibhavadi), Bangkok.

Receiving this award reflects AGC Vinythai’ s unwavering commitment to conducting business with environmental and social sustainability. AGC Vinythai Wins 4 Awards for Environmental Governance and Safety 2024 from IEAT

On August 15th, AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited received the “Gold Star Award” and “Green Star Award” for 2024 from the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand(IEAT) at Novotel Rayong Star Convention Center, Rayong Province. The awards, presented by Mr.Chakart Patanasri, Director of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Office, reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to environmental management, occupational health, and safety based on principles of good corporate governance.

This year, both Map Ta Phut 1 and Map Ta Phut 2 plants successfully won Gold Star Award since they have been granted Green Star Awards for 6 consecutive years.
