Reliability Chief Engineer

Key Accountability :
  • Conduct reliability-risk assessments such as failure analysis, criticality study, FMEA to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze historical data to develop strategies for optimization and efficiency enhancements
  • Leading and Collaborate in cross-functional for manage and follow up in equipment reliability
  • Technical support and guidance to teams on matters related to reliability
Key Accountability :
  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in reliability engineering or a similar role in petrochemical/chemical industry
  • Understanding of reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and tools such as FMEA, fault tree analysis (FTA), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English language skills, computer literacy and Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score is preferred)
