HR Deputy Department Manager

Key Accountability:
  • To manage compensation and benefit survey and provide market data analysis, reports by collaboratively working with HR consultant
  • To review the salary structure to ensure the market competitiveness according to market reference and market level benchmark
  • To manage annual compensation programs, Annual Salary Review and Performance Bonus, including budgeting and reporting
  • Identifying key roles and potential successors within the organization
  • Managing relationships between the company and employee, including unions and employee representative
  • Ad-hoc from HR Division Manager
  • 5-10 years experience with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Good knowledge of job evaluation and grading system with HAY/MERCER methodology
  • Experience in HRIS software SuccessFactors is advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skill, analytical thinking and planning
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and computer skill
