ECH Sales Coordinator Supervisor

Key Accountability:
  • Manage sales plans and allocation by maintaining timely updates and close communication with all related members to ensure best optimization on sales, production, and delivery aspects.
  • Ensure sales planning and product allocation align with sales forecasts and supply agreements.
  • Execute sales administration tasks including creating new vendor profiles, order processing, Credit/Debit Notes issues & settlement, purchasing & payment process via
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve sales operational issues effectively.
  • Provide sales and customer support to ensure that all orders have been correctly and completely processed and delivered as per agreed sales plan.
  • Act as a customer service point for inquiries and provide necessary supports.
  • Generate and provide order reports to sales managers and monitor that all orders are correctly created as per approved or contractual conditions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science/ Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product allocation including sales plan monitoring & update, sales support functions such as order processing, and business administrative work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Fluent Business English communication and proficiency in business computer programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with sales and supply chain processes in the chemical industry would be an advantage.
