Customer Support Supervisor

Key Accountability :
  • Handle customer claim & complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records for all relevant customer interactions and file documents, data analysis.
  • Developing and enforcing different claims processes and procedures, providing services to all division needs and ensuring optimum management of all claims, investigating all problems.
  • Handle customer questionnaire of all products and deliver to relevant people on time.
Qualification :
  • Bachelor degree in Science (Chemistry or related fields), background in Chemical Industry is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Claim & Complaint management including Customer Questionnaire Management under various dimensions of product.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships that others want to work with Strong team-oriented personality is required.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to learn new things, quick learner, fast adaptability.
  • Good presentation skill and ability to analyze and present the statistic information.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and reading comprehension skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Proficient experience in a Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software i.e., Customer Service Software skill is preferable.
  • Proficient typing in both Thai and English.
