Customer Support Supervisor
Key Accountability :
- Handle customer claim & complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Keep records for all relevant customer interactions and file documents, data analysis.
- Developing and enforcing different claims processes and procedures, providing services to all division needs and ensuring optimum management of all claims, investigating all problems.
- Handle customer questionnaire of all products and deliver to relevant people on time.
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in Science (Chemistry or related fields), background in Chemical Industry is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Claim & Complaint management including Customer Questionnaire Management under various dimensions of product.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships that others want to work with Strong team-oriented personality is required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willing to learn new things, quick learner, fast adaptability.
- Good presentation skill and ability to analyze and present the statistic information.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and reading comprehension skills for internal and external interactions.
- Proficient experience in a Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software i.e., Customer Service Software skill is preferable.
- Proficient typing in both Thai and English.
